Let It Snow!

Private garden in Hastings

Let’s see. It’s going to snow until midday tomorrow, and the temperature is 11 degrees. A few minutes ago, as the light was fading, I photographed the evergreen arrangement on our deck. And as darkness fell, it seemed like an opportune time to post some 2010 snow scenes, shot at our house, around the neighborhood, and in Irvington, Hastings, Tarrytown, and Philipse Manor, New York.

Evergreens on the deck on Whitetail Road, just as the storm was gearing up yesterday. The Buddha head was a gift from my son, Alex, who lives in Beijing.
